The laser mold welding machine melts the special welding wire into
the damaged part of the mold by the high thermal energy generated
by the laser instantaneously, and firmly welds with the original
mold base material, and grinds it into a smooth surface after
welding, thereby realizing the repairing effect of the mold.
The mold repair laser welding machine can effectively repair all
the tiny parts such as sand holes, cracks, chipping angles and worn
edges and sealing edges.
The laser welding spot has a small diameter and a small heating
range, and there is no phenomenon such as pores, collapse, thermal
strain and metallographic structure change after welding, which
greatly reduces the post-weld treatment process.
