The laser welding machine adopts imported ceramic reflective cavity
and is excited by 12KW double pulse xenon lamp.
Current waveform controllable switching power supply, powerful,
pulse programmable and intelligent system management.
Industrial computer precision control (two axes). The precision X/Y
axis two-dimensional automatic moving platform and the
high-rigidity lifting body can be manually moved up and down to
focus.
Optional rotary table (φ80mm or φ60mm) The monitoring system uses a
CCD monitor. Optional external water cooling chiller.

Stainless Steel Cup and Jug Fiber Laser Welding Machine Condition
1) The machine is required to be placed at room temperature for
use.
2) Power supply grid requirements: three-phase 380V/ 50Hz.
3) Power grid fluctuation: ± 5%, the grid ground wire meets
international requirements. For areas with a voltage amplitude of
5% or more, electronic automatic voltage regulation and current
stabilization devices should be installed.
4) There should be no strong electromagnetic interference near the
installation equipment. Avoid radio transmitting stations (or relay
stations) around the installation site.
5) Ground amplitude: less than 50um; vibration acceleration: less
than 0.05g. Avoid a lot of machine tools such as stamping in the
vicinity.
6) Equipment space requirements should be smoke-free and dust-free,
avoiding dusty working environments such as metal polishing and
grinding.
7) Anti-static floor should be installed in some environments to
enhance shielding.
8) The water quality of working cooling circulating water is
strictly required. Deionized water or distilled water is required.
Water quality such as tap water or mineral water containing high
metal ions or other minerals may not be used.
