Mechanical maintenance and care:
1.X, Y-axis linear guide should be kept clean, do not allow dust or
iron to stay on the top, so as not to affect the slide accuracy.
2.X, Y-axis linear guide plus 20 # above a little oil to keep the
linear guide lubrication.
3. Regularly check the X, Y-axis timing belt tension.
4. Keep the marking head liner clean, do not allow dust, iron
filings into the cylinder or copper sleeve.
5. Pressure regulator valve should be free of water, no impurities.
6. Limit switch does not allow oil and iron filings and so on.
7. Compressed air should meet: clean, anhydrous, no impurities.
